Hello steemians friends, many men and women positive leaders, with boldness, manage to differentiate themselves in a crowd and reach the top of power, transforming the ways of seeing life and motivating the development of Los Pueblos. Experiences structures in a historical profile, where they are described and interpreted, thoughts and works, to such a point, that many concepts are considered as ideological are embraced by generations, capable of being emulated, in similar situations. However, there are moments taken advantage of by negative leaders, who restructure the scale of values, maximizing interests, and are capable of submitting by force, with false propositions; by changing some variables, to create false expectations, making new roads, as real.

All the Peoples have had positive leaders, embodied in the books that tell the stories and others that highlight the values, to motivate the new generations as exemplary humans. Which can be inferred, that there are also men and women, aware of the fragility of memories of the Peoples and write books, to maintain facts and characters, present, not to forget it; waiting, of new moments, with new leadership, capable of generating continuity in a sustained development. The objective is very praiseworthy, but sometimes they are subjective, typical of human nature, which act like cheese makers, praising the cheese they make.

They have to be critical of everything that happens and they deviate from the objectives. And they have to be self-critical, to avoid confusion generated by human weaknesses in subjective creations. Any deviation, are taken advantage of by negative leaders, to generate tactical projects, to keep the positive ones away from the objectives, complementing with falsehoods and adorning with lies, to divide the conglomerate; to obtain benefits, because they are convinced, that, if they divide, they will expire.

Thinking of an opposition, with positive leadership, is a utopia. At least, that the Societies deepen and update the concept of opposition, or eliminate or create a new concept, allowing groups to be complementary and not to differentiate. Complement, guaranteeing that the benefits are recognized, by own and strangers. And the differences, settle them in dialogues and avoid dialectics as far as possible; because they will always exist, the non-dialogues, who feel in chaos, like fish in water. In order to change the existential position, on the other, to satisfy the Ego, which majority groups have to avoid.
