Doin It Healthy With Millet

So here is a little lemon chicken with some mixed vegetables. But the secret health is the millet. Millet is an ancient pure grain that happens to be gluten free. It is cooked and then mixed with carrots and cauliflower puree. It's a great side dish and can easily replace rice or potatoes .
