INGREDIENTES
1 ramo de perejil
1 ramo de cilantro
200gr de margarina
2 cabezas de ajo
1 1/2kg de papas
Sal
Pimienta
PREPARACION
1º Se pica el perejil, cilantro y ajo en bronoise o cuadritos muy pequeños
2º Las papas se pelan si usted lo desea, en este caso las prepare sin pelar y se pican en 4 o 6 partes a lo largo
3º En un sarten se pone a sofreir el ajo con la margarina
4º Luego se colocan las papas junto con el perejil y el cilantro
5º Colocamos un poco de sal y pimienta
6º Agregamos media taza de agua y tapamos
7º Dejamos sudar aproximadamentes de 15 a 20 minutos
Asi quedaran nuestras papas para servir de acompañante
