Foreign object inside Ginebra San Miguel sealed bottle!

There's something odd stuff found inside the clear bottle of sealed Ginebra San Miguel Gin.

The black thing seems like slowly melting and contaminants is visible.

Is this substance found melting is safe or dangerous to once health when ingest?
