With that little bull run, coins.ph have been temporary decrease my cash in and cash out limit from 400,000 monthly to almost zero.
I contacted their support which is not responsive at the moment, so I wait for almost an hour to get an answer which instructed me to re-submit a KYC including my latest credit card bill for address verification.
Then I was instructed again to wait up to 3 working days to activate my new cash in and cash out limit even I was notified it was successful.
