    Looks great, definitely. By the way, what would be the perfect sealer to use. I came across some options and reviews at https://sealwithease.com/concrete-sealer/, but I am unsure which one would be optimal for the quality to price ratio. This is something I wouldn't like to get wrong, as replacing the flooring is a time and money-consuming endeavor. The tutorial is great, by the way. I suppose you didn't mention any brands to avoid legal issues.
