Rajma chawal - recipe - Easy to cook

Hi friends!

Here's an easy Rajma chawal recipe which everyone loves and anyone can cook at home just by following the recipe.

Serves for 2-3 people.

Ingredients:

  • 200 gms Rajma(Red kidney beans)- soaked in water overnight
  • 4 tomatoes chopped
  • 1 tbsp Red chilly powder
  • 1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilly powder
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Garam masala
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • Chopped coriander
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooked Basmati rice to serve
