Here's an easy Rajma chawal recipe which everyone loves and anyone can cook at home just by following the recipe.
Serves for 2-3 people.
Ingredients:
- 200 gms Rajma(Red kidney beans)- soaked in water overnight
- 4 tomatoes chopped
- 1 tbsp Red chilly powder
- 1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilly powder
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Garam masala
- 1 tbsp Coriander powder
- Chopped coriander
- Salt to taste
- Cooked Basmati rice to serve
