Rollitos de pepino

Ser saludables no implica no comer cosas ricas por lo que estos rollitos les van a gustar y sobre todo lo saludables y de un manera muy sencilla por lo que les comparto esta receta.

Ingredientes:

1 pepino
200 g. de aderezo mil islas
400 g. de jamón de pavo
Cilantro picado

Preparación:

Esta receta te quita el hambre y no te deja engordar ¡Fantástica! Primero debes rayar el pepino horizontalmente y hacer tiras delgadas, embarra con una cuchara el aderezo, cilantro al gusto y el jamón de pavo (previamente picado en tiras) después enrolla cuál si fuera sushi y con palillos sujétalos. Como al final salen bastantes rollitos, te recomiendo guardarlos en tu refrigerador y disfrutar cada que se te antoje un refrigerio.
