    Yep, take the ice cream, dip it in some egg, coat it with some panko bread crumbs, and then toss it in some hot oil until the outer layer is fried and crispy. It was pretty damn good.

        it was a small team effort with some more knowledgeable folks on hand :)
        And on the other hand, i was able to eat it all by myself LOL
