Please, I still dont understand the concept of sbi. What can I use sbi for?

You don't have to do anything with @steembasicincome . When someone awards you a share both of you will earn from the steem power of that share for life! 1 share is equal to 1 steem power. Ive awarded 6 so far this week, that means that I will earn off of 6 steem power every post for as long as I keep posting. So for that reason there is an incentive to give them away. You now have 1 share, but lets say you award a share to someone in the future you will earn voting rewards off of 2 shares which is equal to 2 steem power. I believe I have around 100 shares in total that I have accumulated over the past year. That is why you will see votes on my posts for accounts called sb1, sb2, sb3,sb4 etc. Those are the voting accounts used by steem basic income to upvote share holders. It's fun and can help you earn more steem
