Forget the traditional consumer profiles you've been working on so far. Things don't work as you know in ecommerce. The e-commerce consumer reaches your products through a technological tool. You cannot physically present your products to your customers in e-commerce. Instead of your products; computer, phone and tablet etc. You can provide your customers with their reflections. Here I will underline the reflection.
While your products are in your store; it is eye-catching, smells good, feels good when touched, tastes good or useful. However, the reflections of your products are only eye-catching! What is virtual in e-commerce is the product, and the real thing is the reflection of the product.
Your products will not be virtual and become a reality with their reflections through photography or video. Photography is usually the shortest and most effective way to advertise to your customers. Video is more costly and more demanding but more effective than the case.
