Hello everyone, i just want to share my homemade "chicken halanghalang". Its very delicious especially when you taste the spicy of the food. Actually "chicken halang halang"tastes similar to "chicken tinola" but the difference is the coconut milk added and the broth is reduce to a sauce consistency. The name halang halang means spicy, because of the chopped red siling labuyo will be used in the dish.
