Guyss, LOOK! a super yummylicious boiled "saang" or known as spider shells.
Growing up in Cebu, an island province with just the coastline less than kilometer from our house and coupled with a public market that has the freshest seafood, it's no wonder that I am exposed to shells as food. And one of my favorites? Saang a large size univalve mollusk that is over boiled or cooked over coals. Eating it with vinegar and chilli can add its yummy taste.
