If you are a regular user of the Busy app, you probably already noticed some visible changes yesterday.
After taking over bSteem from @jm90mm a few days ago, and the full support for multiple languages that I caught before it was fully released (and now seems fully functional), @busy.org added a few other changes, in an update over the week-end. I think they probably still need some work before they are final, but nonetheless it's worth mentioning them.
- I already mentioned above that multi-language support seems to be fully rolled out inside the site as well, at the time of writing. This is by far the best addition to Busy recently, thinking of all the non-English speakers that can find a place where to start their Steem adventure from.
That's how my profile looks like on Busy, when I log in using French language:
- If you try to visualize a certain comment from a link outside busy (like from @GINAbot), now Busy shows the post and only that particular comment/discussion with the option to view the rest of the comments, but keeping this comment/discussion first (this is done by an ingenious manipulation of the source link)
- A warning appears when you click on the links from posts / comments, that are not on the same domain (busy.org). That is great for safety, but maybe it shouldn't be displayed for domains like "steemit.com" and other trusted Steem condensers?
By the way, the warning page above is not yet translated. - A little visual update on the links and buttons, which are lighter blue now, instead of navy blue, making them (links especially) more prominent within the text.
One thing I noticed is that the logo link still goes to a version of busy that uses the default English language and the CSS from before the updates. I don't know if it's intentional in this transition phase or a small bug.
All in all, looking great, seems like the team has been busy improving things! :)
Contest Winners
Last week, I held a small content contest, with the occasion of reaching 250 followers.
Here are the winners (not much of a competition though):
