Un desborde de petroleo afecta a la ciudad de Maturin en el estado Monagas- Venezuela. desde hace 7 dias la mayoria de los habitantes estan sin agua gracias a este desporde, siendo el rio guarapiche el principal nucleo de agua que suministra a la ciudad
