That last dish with the rice things in the red sauce. I don't remember what it is called but i remember i didn't like it very much (I wasn't in Korea very long) Mostly I enjoyed the places where the meat is cooked at your table so much that I didn't branch out much. I also really liked that white liquor drink that is served in a bowl. haha

The red dish is called Tteokbokki. Maybe you did not like it because it was so hot.
White liquor drink is probably Maggeolli.
Koreans often drink Soju and Maggeolli.
