Flee From These

Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart. — 2 Timothy 2:22 (KJV)

In the world today, we must flee from many things,if we are to remain spiritually strong and significant. Today, the Holy Spirit admonish us to flee youthful lust. Lust is the ungodly desire to have or use what is not rightfully yours. Lust leads to fornications, adultery, cheating, blasphemy, drunkenness, overspending, covetousness,etc. It's a dangerous situation, when one lost control of his/ her desires. We must run from these.

Youthful lust does not mean it's only seen in the youths. It means it's an attitude that is developed from the youthful age of an individual. Thus, an old person can be lustful because he has been that way from his youth. Only Jesus can deliver one from sin, not age, not marriage, not money,not church, not the government, not the law, not job, etc. That is why I'm standing on the authority of Christ to call you out today. Friends, there are better ways to live and not be enslaved by our desires. You can stay without sinning, staying in Christ is the only way out.

Don't indulge in sin under the guise of ' no one is perfect '. Don't waste your life in what destroy kings. Stay away from women or men that are not married to you. Stay away from what doesn't belong to you. Be contended with what you have and be expectant while you wait. God will give you your husband,wife,money,certificates,jobs, ministry,house,etc someday. Come to Jesus, trust and obey Him and your life will be transformed at the right time.
Follow after the plan of God for your life. His plan is for us to live in righteousness, love,peace,faith and sound mind. Choose to be close to people with pure heart. The grace is sufficient.

Let's pray. Heavenly Father, thank you for your instructions today. Please strengthen us to stay holy in this sinful world,in Jesus's name. Amen. I love you.
