Hello Steemers
On the 28th of October we remembered 100th anniversary of constitution of Czechoslovakia. The most interesting programm was definitelly in Prague.
The National museum was re-opened after expensive reconstruction. And the result is breathtaking.
Army parade in which took part 4000 soldiers, policemen an fire-men was another great event.
Fans of historic railway could make a trip by train pulled by steam-engine locomotive.
A concert of Czech pop legends was held on the Old Town square. Many of them I saw live for the first time and many of them I will never see again. A few of them are over seventy years old but their performance was perfect.
The holiday was ended by the fireworks at the bank of Vltava river.
The only uncomfortable thing of the celebration was cold and rainy weather.
