Shami Kabab

Kima of cow or meat,
Lentil pulses,
Boiled potatoes,
Riches
Small cardamom,
Mint leaves,
Dried pepper,
Eggs,
Garlic bata,
Dhanepata Kuchi,
Chili pepper,
Ginger,
Fennel,
Cumin powder,
Coriander powder,
Salt and oil like amounts.
Methodology:
First make the ketchup of meat, lentil pulses, cumin seeds, coriander, fries, cardamom, dried pepper, ginger curry, garlic and salt with 2 cups water.
When the meat becomes soft after drying the water and cool down from the oven.
Now, mix the potatoes in the perfected meat and mix the whole mixture with a chopper (big knife) and mix it.
Mix the egg, coriander leaves, mint leaves, chopped coriander seeds, cumin powder, coriander powder and mix well.
Make a mixture of small amounts in a barbecue with hand pressure.
Put 3-4 potatoes in frying pan and keep aside brown and brown.
