If you try to delegate steem power you will see that no one gives more than x5.5 the voting power you have. For example:
at 1000 sp delegated no one gives more than 0.07 as is now the vote at 1000 SP x5.5 = 0.37 sbd per day, I offer x6.5 = 0.45 sbd per day.
