Today I will try to detail the latest article about projects. Online and offline too many projects are being started but few are being put to the end. My country is the champion of failed projects from highways to financial or cultural projects. Today does not talk about offline projects because it's very much for talking about, and Steemit has not many offline projects though very soon there should be a lot.
Here I mainly refer to the offline highways, which after they are executed are no longer maintained and after 4-5 years they become natural disasters for cars. Here I mainly refer to the offline highways, which after they are executed are no longer maintained and after 4-5 years they become natural disasters for cars.
But it is enough about my unpleasantness in offline projects, and let's talk about a Steemit project, what steps should be followed to succeed, and in time him become stronger and support other projects in its turn, and eventually to expand "why not?" and the offline.
Let's take the simplest example, but I think the most widespread in Steemit- "curation project".
The first step is to create a profile, a logo, which domains are looking for curation, and how to encourage those who make quality content to stay on the platform.
Step two comes with creating a curation team for the beginning 3-4 people are saying it is enough and maybe in time to grow.More then should be created a channel on the discord of this project where will be proposed 2-3 posts per day if there are so many posts to be checked by the other members who are involved in the project, and if they are accepted by the majority they will be rewarded properly.
Another important step for a rapid increase in the project is created 2-3 posts per week under the tag project to generate money and support for all involved, and the project stays alive but also attracts many more supporters.
And of course, after all this, you get to the financial part and manage the profit in the best possible way. At this point, the project is lost most because it is not very well managed, and some are paid more than it offers. So I come with a simple and equal sharing for everyone depending on their involvement:
1. 10% Of the weekly curation team would be ok.
2. 50% is retained to increase the project and the power to help as many potential creators of quality content.
3. 40% will go to all the others who support the project by delegating power to the project and support the project in their own way.
4. Money for people that come under the trail from curation rewards because this project will look for quality posts, and this assumes that the post will generate quite good for those on the trail.
5. It would be ok and organize weekly contests to keep project supporters as close as possible.
6. We are already thinking about supporting other projects, and these sustained projects will return 80% of the profit to the one who supported it.
7. Offline projects 80% of profit to be reinvested in Steemit and distributed to those who supported the project.
There may be more to add, but that is all that I have.
I expect your critical, encouraging opinions or how are just to be. A wonderful day I wish you, Ionut Ciobanu.
A very good article that should be read. Good luck
