Hi to all my steemit friends. Today I share some information about the fish. This fish is very healthy for our body.

To be low in fat with high quality protein. This fish is full of omega 3 fatty acids and vitamins like D and B2 Fish make our brain and heart healthy. Fish reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke. This fish is also rich in calcium and phosphorus and sources of minerals such as zinc iron iodine and magnesium, steem friends all definitely do not want, because these fish look cheap....
