But as a game, it creates terrifying panic rather than entertainment.

Although there was panic about Blue Whale, nobody could confirm its existence. On October 9, the Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal directed the BTRC to know whether the Blue Whale has 'exist' in the country. In such a situation, a fake message spread through human phones and Facebook. According to a message circulated by the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission, "Blue Whale Games will be inserted into all Android phones of Bangladesh for one hour from 9am to 10pm on Friday, October 13." But after the spread of the false message, the BTRC has suggested to be aware.
