There is only one small mistake in there - you're displaying the effective Steempower (excluding Steempower that is delegated to and from the account). But it should be the effective Steempower + the Steempower that is delegated away.
For example: if I have 5k SP and I delegate 1k SP away - your tool would show my SP as 4k SP which is votable - but actually the whole 5k SP are used for witness voting.

Thanks. The tool currently is displaying the SP that is owned by the account (without delegating and delegated amount)... I have checked a few accounts and didn't find anything unusual.
