Women are not perfect beauties without distance. It’s normal. Feeling like a ghost. I asked people to become aware of sensations. I asked them to begin counting their breaths. To occupy your own body count your own breaths. Meditation is a tool to shake yourself awake. Do something every day to enjoy the sensations of your body. The mind as well as the body must go equaly. Loving your body as is going green!

I do Yoga 15 years ago regulary, this practice reduce my physical pains first, my body and my mind in this order, I found this life philosophy was one of the most complete for the body, mind and spirit!
