German H.Obert - a great authority in science, without stretching it - one of the pioneers of rocket space exploration, he grew up with her. Since 1913, he studied at the universities of Munich, Göttingen and other cities. In a word, nowhere was Obert not illuminated with "silly rallies", in his official biography there is not a word about flying saucers and, even more so, about machines of time.
