Success they say have many friends, this is true and there is also another truth about being successful at what you do. The simple truth is, it has unbreakable principles and tied to time. I won't try to bore you with long epistles, I will get head first to these principles which has been true and never changing over the years.
1. Identify what you want to do- this seems to be the most difficult thing to do but knowing what to do is paramount into getting started at whatever venture you decides to or whatever career you intend going for. You can start from your passion, a high paying skills, or survey your environment. Note let your mind dream big and wide.
**2. Do some research **- to save energy and what I will call the ignorance foolery, you must ask questions about whatever you decide, analyze how others did it, focus on their challenges, see if there are ways to ensure mistakes others made are repeated.
** Get a Mentor ** Mentoring is the surest way to learn and move up the ladder faster. Your choice of a mentor must be based on results and pedigree of the mentor. Your mentor should be able to spare time to at least talk and offer advice when it's needed. There is no point in having a mentor you will barely hear from. You can go for two to three mentors... More mentors will only create distractions
**Start Practicing ** - the best way to do anything is by learning, putting theoretical thought or knowledge into practice. You can improve if you don't act on the decisions and plans you have written down. Your goals will only remain a big dream on paper if you are afraid to start.
**Be consistent and persevere **- Nothing good comes easy, you must continue at it consistently a d persevere when results aren't there especially at the bidding stage. The world champions and hero's are people who persevere at odd times to enjoy success at a later time. Consistent keeps you better at what you do.
**TIME ** you must take absolute control of your time. Proper planning must be time bound. This is the only way you can measure results.
Keep learning, unlearn and relearn
