1οΈβ£Take 10 minutes to "close" your day
Every night, take the time to write in a newspaper, on your phone or on your computer everything you have learned, accomplished or simply remembered π
So close your day before you start another one, it's as simple as that πͺ
2οΈβ£ Then take another 10 minutes to check your calendar for the next day
It's really very important to do this. When you get up, you need to know exactly what you have to do during the day βΊοΈ
This allows you to think about it during the night and therefore to prepare yourself for it π
3οΈβ£ Take 5 minutes to prepare your clothes
Choosing your clothes is always a rather complex choice. The brain is a muscle and like any muscle, after an effort it needs to rest π€ So why exhaust it in the morning? π€
Doing this in the evening allows you to use your last resources before going to bed π
4οΈβ£ Take 5 last minutes to view
Now that you know your calendar well, visualize your day in detail! That's what the most productive people do, so do like them π
Doing this 30-minute routine will allow you to better understand your day and therefore reduce your stress and increase your productivity π½
