The popular Atharium wallet interface Mytharwald has died in a DNS hijacking attack that lets hackers redirect users to a malicious version of the website and fish their private keys.

This is the first time social media reports are influenced by users

E violation, and Maayawarwala later confirmed it on Twitter.

"Some DNS servers were hijacked to solve users of mythralitite redirects to the phishing site," the company said. "It's not @mytherwallet, but we are in the process of verifying the server to fix it."

It is not clear how hackers were able to control MyAtherWallet's Domain Name System (DNS), but this attack has absorbed cryptocurrency-related websites at various times.

In the previous cases, for example, malicious websites leaked personal keys to users when they entered the fraudulent MyAtherWallet client.
