CME Plans To Develop New System To More Easily Modify Blockchain Protocols

This is mostly blocked by block-based networks such as Bitcoins, which has modified the protocol. Its trademark office (USPTO) was last Thursday February 8th. It can be difficult to achieve this system to make it more flexible. Currently it is a network of consensus.

It is basically published in the US patent filed by these CME groups in December 2017. This is a patent for a system which will allow it to modify the blockchain protocol without consent from all the participants of the network. It is also difficult to upgrade according to its requirement.
