Ingredient
2 cups — Chickpeas (cooked)
1/4 cup — Pine nuts
1/2 cup — Basil leaves
1/4 cup — Parmesan
1/2 cup — Tahini
1/4 cup — Extra-virgin olive oil
2 — Garlic cloves
1tsp — Paprika
1 — Lemon juice
Black pepper — To taste
Salt — To taste
Method
Put everything in a food processor and blend well.
Add the chickpea stock or water as needed to allow the machine to produce a smooth puree.
Taste and adjust the seasoning.
Serve, drizzled with the olive oil and sprinkled with paprika, olives and salt as per your taste.
