Santa Catalina Monastery
The Santa Catalina Monastery is an asylum oversaw by Dominican Second Order nuns and it is arranged in Arequipa, Peru. The humble monastery was set up in 1579 and by the seventeenth century, Santa Catalina has experienced enormous redesign.
It was obliterated by seismic tremor twice but then the Dominican Second Order has dependably remade it. There used to be slaves and hirelings living in the monastery and they were given flexibility by a pious devotee named Sister Josefa Cadena, O.P.
