Konon katanya rekan steemit kalau kita banyak memakan otak kambing atau daging dikepala kambing mempunyai efek darah tinggi. Entah benar atau tidak sayapun belum mencobanya.
Dari Hasil penelusuran saya terhadap hal ini ternyata bener juga hal yang jadi fenomenal buat saya sendiri yaitu daging otak mengakibatkan darah tinggi.
