OCD DAILY - Issue #402
Welcome to the 402nd issue of @OCD Daily!
Issue #402 highlights content from ten (10)
Steem Content Creators! The OCD team continues its search throughout Steem to find you the undervalued gems, as provided by relatively new users.
Today our curators found ten (10)
new pieces of original content! We strive to find works that are created by newer Steem users, that may not have the audience with which to share their quality content. @OCD strives to help provide that audience and intends to showcase Steem users who put in the extra effort to create creative, original content.
The @OCD nomination process
A curator will FIND a piece of work (typically from newer users). Within 24 hours that piece has been submitted from the curator to the @OCD team, curator votes are tallied, and the pieces with the most votes are included in the compilation.
We encourage you to visit these blogs and show these great Steemians your support and encouragement.
If you enjoyed their work, give them a Follow or maybe even say Hello!
All of the content chosen by our curators is undervalued, but there is always one piece that rises to the top. That piece is universally appreciated and valued by our curators making it OCD’s Top Nomination of the Day.
Our Top nomination of the day is from @biffybirdcam
There is something special about drones. They are not just the seasonal cool gadget. In the right hands they are tools that allow us to see from a different point of view. No wonder why @biffybirdcam accompanied the following photos with such sweet words.

Shots From Lake Naomi, Part II
Our next nomination of the day is from @junebride
@junebride is taking us to Ximending in Taiwan for a day. There were loads to see and they saw most things by foot. First they had a yummy lunch of beef noodles and they started setting off after a full stomach. They saw many things along the way - temples, schools, lots of colourful signages around buildings and a very clean city. They took random photos of the streets (which I love doing as well!) and it was interesting to see how people live their lives in this city. Check out the post to see what else they showed us in Ximending.

Our next nomination of the day is from @ivyfit
Today I want to present you the travel diary from @ivyfit. She went reasontly for the first time to Isreal and tells us her story in a series of post here on Steemit. In this post he presents us the Kibbutz he visited and the city Herzliya where she had her hotel. As bonus for all the German-speaking people out there, the post is also in German.

Our next nomination of the day is from @perceptualflaws
UK has some of the most beautiful countryside walks. @perceptualflaws went on a wild camp walk at an unknown destination and ventured into a self discovery journey. The wilderness seems to bring out so many questions about oneself. Who are we? What do we want to be? Where are we going?

Our next nomination of the day is from @goldenoakfarm
There are ways how to extract more of the healthy properties from our nature. In this post @goldenoakfarm talks about garlic. The process begins from the garden itself, how one nourishes and takes care of the plants, the selection process at the harvest and of course the knowledge and wisdom of those who have been studying these plants for years. What’s the secret of garlic? Read @goldenoakfarm’s post to find out!

Our next nomination of the day is from @greddyforce
Gauja River Valley in Latvia is a remnant from the Ice Age - glacial melting waters shaped this valley and its river many years ago. As @greddyforce describes his journey by car (yesterdays post was about beautiful caves) we get to see the pictures full of hills and trees and little Baltic Castles.

Our next nomination of the day is from @alesstorrb
Very intriguing photo session of a couple prior to their separation since one of them is leaving the country without any indication when he is returning. All the photos were taken from symbolic places in Caracas, and important places to both of them.

Distance love
Our final nomination of the day is from @yashny
@yashny is a Malaysian girl who recently went to a restaurant and made one of the most thorough Tasteem reviews I've seen. Plenty of descriptions and pictures to go around! The cool part is that this restaurant was featured in TV due to how famous it is, but actually seeing the real restaurant in a Steem post instead of the TV version of it, which most likely was prepared and staged, is amazing.

This concludes today’s edition of the OCD Daily. We would like to congratulate the featured authors as well as those nominated.
We hope you were able to take away something different, fresh, and new from these posts, provided by the @ocd curators.
The OCD team would also like to thank those that strive to make a difference. As anyone can create a post but only some can create/build value.
Stop by tomorrow for another edition of OCD Daily!
Keep up the great work creating original content.
You never know when @ocd may be around :)
