Did you mention someone in your post and did he comment it? So when someone mentioned you, did not you know? And if so, by accident? Would you like to know who started following you or who unfollowed you? The solution is "notifications". Well, that's easy to say, but where to get it?
Notifications
Pixabay.com
Steemit.com
All Steemit.com users will not be able to enjoy it at all. The notification here, for now, does not work here.
What to do? There are several solutions, I will show you only one. You can use the service of Gina. @Ginabot offers its services completely free, watching events on Steemit and sends you notifications Discord.
Whenever someone mentions you in a post or a comment, you'll know. Whenever someone follows or unfollows you, you'll know. You will get much more, of course, depending on what incoming notification you want to receive (which notifications you will set).
Great thanks to @neander-squirrel the creator of @ginabot.
Busy.org
For Busy.org users I really do not have anything. All Busy.org users are already receiving notifications. Circa a month ago has added this new feature. So you can use Busy.org and get the notification automatically, you do not have to set anything or use other applications. Simply turn on your computer (tablet, smartphone, ...), open busy.org, sign in and then just click on the notification below the bell icon. You will learn everything. Who has responded to your comment, who has mentioned you, who follows you and who does not, who resteemed your post, who gave you a downvote, you will receive a notification of an incoming transfer to your wallet and if you are a witness, then you will find out who voted for you. If this information is not enough for you, then there is the "Activity" tab where you will learn who and when you gave your upvote, for whom you voted on the contrary, and not just that.
Comments
Are you reading all comments under each post or sorting them? Sorting by age of post or by rating? Or just read the posts Steemians who already have a higher reputation? Now you do not have to search for them, and even the Busy has the option to sort comments by reputation.

UpVoting for own post
Do you upvote for your own posts? At Steemit.com you must always check this option under the post.
This option is also available on Busy.org. But if you upvote for each of your posts, then you can set this option in settings.
And then?!
If you are interested in the differences between Busy.org and Steemit.com. If you want to know which new features were added to Busy.org or that there will be added. Then simply follow @busy.org and his blog. In a recent article, for example, learn what features are available Busy version 2.4.
But there is nothing easier than to try Busy and his functions.
If you have any questions about Busy, then Discord always finds someone willing to answer you.

So far I have not written much in English, but I really want to change it.
