[운동일기] 하루에 1시간씩 걷기 20/100일차!!

안녕하세요 @pppnim입니다

  1. 무작정 1시간씩 걷기
  2. 주말을 제외한 평일 5일씩 100일을 채우기(약 5개월)
    라는 목표로 포스팅연재를 시작한지 20일차입니다

어제보다 0.4kg빠졌습니다 너무 급격하게 쪘던 몸무게를 어느정도 복구에 성공했습니다

최근 10회동안의 몸무게추이입니다 최근3일동안 몸무게 변동폭이 제일 컸네요 어제의 폭식만 아니었어도 이번주에 7대로 진입이 가능했을것 같았는데 아쉽습니다 다음주에 도전해봐야죠

오늘 신기록을 세웠습니다 어제 너무 많이 먹어서 오늘은 더 많이 걸었네요 이번주는 4만1천걸음을 걸었습니다

요녀석은 어제 낮잠자던 녀석같습니다 사진찍으려고 가까이가도 도망가지않네요

점점 핸드폰에 깔리는게 많아지네요 지저분해지는게 싫긴한데 또 차곡차곡 쌓이는 코인과 캐쉬들을 보면 뿌듯해지긴 합니다

2018.7.13 20:02 오늘로 20일째네요 일단 목표치까지 20%완수했습니다!!
이제 이번 주말이면 길었던 월드컵이 끝나네요 우리나라가 독일을 이겼던게 이번 월드컵에서 제일 큰 이변같은데 남은 3,4위전과 결승전도 많은 기대가 됩니다 @banguri님의 월드컵이벤트에서 현재 16포인트로 2등을 기록하고 있는데 남은 두경기에 획득가능한 포인트가 스코어까지 다 맞추면 최대+18포인트라 흥미진진하네요 그럼 마지막 월드컵과 함께 즐거운 주말 보내세요~~

        1시간10분정도에 7~8천보나오네요
        만보넘게찍힌건 하루종일 걸은숫자입니다
