• Life. I am full of happiness for seeing another beautiful day. Without life nothing a man can achieve.

• Support. God has been faithful to me, He has been supporting me in one way or the other and He will continue to be my strength.

• Meal. Not everybody that get their daily meal easily, some are beggars out there. But glory be to Almighty God for providing for my daily meal without stressful.

Sound Health. Health is so important to man's life. Without having a good health nothing a man can achieved. I can go up and down because I am a healthy man.

Be thankful for what you have, appreciate what God has done in your in your daily life and let your heart be full of praise all the time.
