Referee is man whose decision play a very important role in any sport.one single wrong decision can make huge difference to the winning team or loosing team.
So referee should have to be very careful about their decision.
A football referee should be person with full knowledge of football.
But human is effigy of mistakes so this is normal to have mistakes.that's why i am taking about mistakes in this article and sharing a video which includes messi top 10 disallowed goals
