The weather is getting very cold in London the last few days which, strangely enough, actually reminds me a little of my wonderful hot summer holidays in Spain as well as its delicious seafood dishes.

Last week, I went to a Spanish restaurant with a friend and enjoyed some excellent tapas! The restaurant is called Centro Galego de Londres, situated on Harrow Road in between Willesden Junction and Kensal Green.

The place looks like a typical Spanish bar, with most of their customers being Spanish too. A very good sign to start I thought, lol. There was a large variety of tapas available so you could either go with that or choose from their main Spanish courses.

We shared a couple of tapas dishes including octopus, meat balls, sausages and potatoes. The octopus and green peppers were particularly exceptional and therefore my personal favourite. We also tried out their grilled sirloin steak. It was tasty however a bit too fatty for my liking.

Overall, the food was excellent and the size of dishes more than reasonable. I would recommend it if you fancy Spanish cuisines and, in addition, don’t forget to also try out their Spanish beer!

Enjoy!
