One of the most enjoyable things in life for me is soaking up the historic and fun atmosphere in and around the iconic Covent Garden! What I love about this pretty part of town is that you can enjoy the multitudes of shops, theaters, cafes, pubs and restaurants, as well as watching interesting street performers entertaining the crowds, or just simply because of the great energy and beautiful people there, haha!
I was walking around those parts last weekend with @ezzy. The Christmas lights seemed to be still in full display, which is always fantastic to admire!
While we were strolling through Covent Garden, I found the shop, Melissa. Melissa is a Brazilian luxury clothing brand which specializes in women’s footwear.
As I approached the entrance, there was this huge neon "eye" and an interactive wall behind it, super cool!
The place consists of two level, the downstairs used as an art gallery and the upstairs, of course, for their shoes!
Melissa’s shoes are a mixture of art and culture with innovative designs in all styles, very nice indeed. And the way the whole shop floor was displayed, is simply amazing!
If you are into design and art footwear, I would recommend visiting this shop not only for the shoes but for the exhibitions on display too!
