Underground Metro after the metro rail to reduce traffic congestion!

For the first time, the country's most expensive underground subway (underground Metro) will be built under the soil for the first time in the capital after the metro rail to avoid traffic congestion. Very soon the probability study of subway construction in Dhaka city is going to start.

A proposal to appoint consultants for conducting surveys today is to be approved for approval of the Cabinet Committee on Public Procurement in the meeting of the Cabinet Division. Earlier on 24th May, a proposal was sent to the cabinet division of the Department of Road Transport and Bridge to the Bridge Division.
According to bridge department sources, the country's most expensive project will be created under soil for the first time in the capital, to reduce traffic congestion. But the project cost will not be determined yet. Basically the concerned people concerned about the subway were concerned about Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. Probability will be verified by April 2020. For this, the cost was estimated to be 224 crore 59 lakh 68 thousand taka.

The process of study started before the project was approved. Five foreign companies take part in the deadline for the submission of the specified expression of interest. After the proposal was called, three companies took part. In this, a joint venture company of Spain and Japan has been selected as the lowest bidder. The proposals will be raised today in the cabinet committee for approval of their proposal.

It is learned that in the first phase, the subway will be constructed on four routes. If the initiative is implemented, about 60 to 70 thousand passengers on the train and bus can operate on different parts of the capital.
