A fantastic area to explore and enjoy. I found trails really well sign posted and maintained. The ruins and views were beautiful!

I fell in love in this gorgeous piece of land. From the caves to the lakes to the small towns scattered all around. It really needs few days to explore, we stayed in Brno and drove there everyday for something new to see. The hikes are nice but make sure the weather is bearable. Interesting landscape and forest with grapevines and ruined castles.
We walked a 12 km trail which was well marked and popular with locals. Some excellent views from the high points. Track was mostly in very good condition but you need some fitness for the steeper parts.
