Excuse me for the tabloid like title that looks like it is straight from the Onion news network, but it is actually a completely true story. It actually didn't even come out as a regular story from media, but actually from a long piece about Shia LaBeouf's personal life and struggle. It is actually quite a serious piece, but this part just stood out to me in ways I just can't even explain. Better yet, let me just show you the quote directly from the article.

What should have been a normal "empty gesture" that someone would say when they are trying to be nice was taken QUITE literally by our friend Mr. West here. This was shortly before the first Yeezy clothes series dropped and Kanye was trying to get his fashion line squared away. Well it looks like the fact about using some of Shia's clothes for a pop-up shop wasn't exactly true, since Kanye just started outright wearing Shia's clothes as you can see in the above picture! I have heard that Shia's fashion sense is actually what inspired a lot of Yeezy's clothes, but now it seems especially true. Shia was rocking combat boots with tight joggers WAY before Kanye was selling them for ridiculous prices.
I just still can't believe Kanye would take EVERY piece of clothing. It is both sad and funny at the same time really. Any other celebrity that would do that it would just be a WTF moment, but the fact that Kanye was just like "shit I guess I may as well take the stuff, he offered" and then continue to rock it on most days is just something else.
