Navyil commander said that oxygen tanks were being installed in the cave on Thursday night as part of a ongoing operation to bring the children out of the trap. 38-year-old Saman Kunan was working there. However, when oxygen was pulled out of the line itself oxygen became unconscious due to shortage. He died on Friday in the first hour.
Citing the Thai Ministry of Health, The Guardian said doctors were waiting for the condition of the children to suffer the sad news of their physical and mental condition. They came on Saturday only to think that now they will be able to bear the news of adolescents. Thai Health Ministry's permanent secretary Jedassa Chakmarmangsoon told The Guardian, "Everybody is tired of tears when they hear the news. In a picture of Lieutenant Commander Samaran, he expresses condolences on various messages, and remembers him for one minute, keeping silence. Teenagers also pledged to become 'good man' by thanking him.
