This is perhaps the best promo video I saw yet for Steem. It was put together to promote the application HapRamp which is since renamed 1Ramp. You can find them at @the1ramp.

1Ramp is a mobile applications tied to the Steem blockchain. It appears to be based in India (there are a lot of people in that country I hear) to provide an alternative to @esteem and @partiko.
I am not going to comment on the application itself in terms of the comparison to other options on Steem. What I can saw is they put together an incredible video promoting the Steem ecosystem.

It will be interesting to get feedback from anyone who used this application compared to the other mobile options. It appears there is only an Android version although I could be mistaken about that.
I admit I love seeing additional options on the Steem blockchain. The simple idea is that certain applications will appeal to different parts of the world. At the moment, since we do not have the "killer" app, interfaces will be somewhat specialized. Developers will implement what they know is appealing where they are. This could also apply globally but not necessarily. That is okay. We are so early in the process, all can find a home on here.
Of course, I love the fact they mentioned "crypto economics" in the video. That definitely strikes a chord with me since it is a central price, at the moment, of Web 3.0.

While I want to believe this Steem has a serious flaw.
It has no income stream besides people buying steem..... Where else does the money come from? Theres no advertising, hardly any fee at all for mining/ transfers
If there is money coming in id love to know where cuz right now I cant find it.

I honestly think the money part should be secondary here and we shouldn't be promoting it so hard.
Once people realize how entertaining and involving the social aspect of this site, is then they can be happy to learn that they will also get money but I don't think that's what should we should be pushing money to people up front.

I agree. We really shouldn't promote the money aspect of seem first and foremost. At least not until there are revenue streams in place other than people buying STEEM in hopes of earning more STEEM.

Any additional dapps on the steem blockchain is very most welcome, and communities are organized to produced quality content for its members and the entire steem ecosystem.
Though at the moment, steem price is very insanely low. Time to flex the power of the communities to moon steem.

I think it is a great video that goes into some great detail about the blockchain but I feel that it is too long for those used to the social aspect and tend to limit their attention span.

As I said to @edicted, the BC of Steem is the most amazing in all the crypto markets, since it is more closer to people who aren't friendly with the BC and crypto technology.
