We know that relaxation is a method or technique that helps reduce the person's physical or mental tension. But as is obvious, not all people relax the same activity; there are people who are better off reading a book, others sing in the shower or go to a karaoke and many more simply listen to songs by their favorite artist or watch a television program.
When tension or stress has reached our body then it is time for something more pragmatic such as localized massages that can help loosen all the muscles which also calms the mind, emotions, mood and nervous system.
With tranquility analyze what are the activities that most relax you, that is, those that calm your anxieties and reduce your stress levels. Dedicate a few hours a day to those activities that relax you in order to contribute effectively to reduce the tension of the daily routine.
On the other hand, meditation is a very old focused attention technique that allows us to connect with our inner core to free ourselves from the pressures our mind faces within our noisy world. For the concentration is basically required a free bulla state and focus on an external object or our own thoughts.
This millenary teaching from India also known as yoga, allows us to achieve serenity, tranquility, peace and in general a physical and mental wellbeing, in addition to a greater identification with the spiritual "I".
This state of meditation represents a fourth mental state, distinct from the waking state, the state of sleep, and the hypnotic state. It is a beneficial state, not only because it represents a purification of our mind and soul, but also because it also beneficially affects the physical part, that is our organism, in fact our cells receive a restful rest.
There are different ways of meditating depending on the approach given to them, the best known being those that fall within the field of perception and experience, which is known as "Full Consciousness" and others related to the focus on a certain object that is known as "Concentration."
