Elections in Russia

Hello my friends! I must say at once that I am not interested in politics at all. And in my blog will set out my views on life in two countries. In Russia, where I lived for more than 50 years. And in Italy, where I live for almost 5 years. Almost simultaneously, with the difference of a week, there were parliamentary elections in Italy and presidential elections in Russia. My observation. In Russia for the fourth time elected President Vladimir Putin. It was to be expected. And today he is the strongest President, in my opinion. Historically, after the second world war, when no signs for Russia - Russia invaded Germany, and Hitler. Russia has a vast territory, which is obliged to protect. For 70 years, Russia has spent a lot of money protecting its territories, because there are always countries that want to have these territories. They are rich in natural resources that other countries want to possess. To protect Russia can only be Russia itself, no one will come to her and help. Although for 1000 years, Russia has always helped Germany, was an ally with England during the first world war. Because European countries were not strong and needed help. At present, European countries have forgotten that they have always been allies with Russia. Russia freed Germany and the world from fascism. And lost in this war more than 30 million of its citizens. I write this for young people who are learning a different story in their countries.
