Tahu Goreng Aceh hampir sama dengan gado gado. Campuran sayuran yang terdiri dari Tauge Kacang Panjang daun selada dan mentimun, ditambah lagi dengan tahu goreng kerupuk emping dan di siram dengan kuah kecap dan kacang yang ditumbuk halus.
