Vindaloo sounds like a very Indian word, especially since aloo means potato. 1 1/2 Ginger piece

2 Cardamom
2 Clove
1 tsp Fenugreek
1 tsp Mustard seeds, Black
3 tbsp Red chili powder
1 Salt
1/4 tsp Turmeric, Powder

Oils & Vinegars
1/4 cup Sunflower oil/vegetable oil
1/4 cup Vinegar

Frozen
10 Curry, leaves

Liquids
1/2 cup Water

Other
1 cm Cinamon piece,
