Facebook has released to the public a new feature of Facebook Messenger by which the contacts of Instagram are automatically synchronized when connecting the two applications.
This new feature in Facebook Messenger allows you to synchronize this account with Instagram to integrate all contacts in the social network automatically in Facebook chat . The company has introduced this feature progressively in its final application.
The ability to synchronize appears within the 'People' tab of Messenger with the existing option to synchronize your phone contacts with Messenger. By selecting 'Connect to Instagram' , the user of this social network appears visible to others in Messenger and all Instagram contacts are automatically added.
Sync with Instagram is available globally in Facebook Messenger and accompanies the possibility, which was already present in the messaging application, to synchronize with your mobile contacts.
The company tested a similar connection feature between these two applications in December last year, although it did not go beyond the testing phase
